VASA Fitness Nearing Completion in Matteson, IL

We're excited to share that the VASA Fitness project in Matteson, IL is in its final stages. Signage is up, finishes are coming together, and this state-of-the-art fitness facility is nearly ready to welcome members.

This project has been a strong example of effective collaboration and execution. Our team worked closely with VASA Fitness to deliver a space that meets their standards and serves the community.

Tru by Hilton - Des Moines, IA

Our Tru by Hilton project in Des Moines is in its final stages and nearing completion. This hospitality project showcases our expertise in navigating hotel brand standards while delivering quality construction on schedule. We're excited to see this property open its doors soon!

VASA Fitness - Castleton, IN

We broke ground on a new VASA Fitness location in Castleton, IN in August. This retail fitness facility is already making progress, and our team is excited to bring another state-of-the-art fitness center to the community.

Everhome Suites - Sioux Falls, SD

We've broken ground on a new Everhome Suites in Sioux Falls. Perimeter footings, foundations, and elevator pits are underway, and we're excited to watch this hospitality project rise. This extended-stay hotel will be a great addition to the Sioux Falls market.

Precision Underground - Huxley, IA

There's something special about building close to home. Site prep is underway for Precision Underground in Huxley, IA—our hometown. We're working with local partners to bring this project to life and look forward to sharing more details as construction progresses.
